Before a move takes place, our team of MAC technicians will ensure they carry out a complete audit of desktop equipment (Voice and Data) including connectivity. They will liaise with business units to discuss the provisioning of new services. Once planning is complete we take care of the move and work closely with the various teams involved.
We’ll take care of logistics, connect everything back together and fully test each PC to make sure everything works following the move. We’ll even update your connectivity records or provide you with ours. And we make sure there’s always a helping hand to sort out any glitches should they occur following the move.
Each move is carefully planned using Sontel’s Springboard solution. This ensures each team involved with the move can access one set of data. We even provide our customers with a login from which they can monitor the progress of each move and monitor SLA’s.
And once a move is complete, a customer satisfaction survey is submitted electronically to the business unit. Results are captured into Springboard where we’ll work with the business to improve the service delivered.
